SUBSCRIPTION & PRIVACY POLICY

MeeTar offers MeeTar Pro subscription services to provide an enhanced experience. This policy outlines the terms of our subscription services and how your privacy is protected in relation to these transactions.

MEETAR PRO PRIVILEGES

By subscribing to MeeTar Pro (Monthly Membership), you unlock the following exclusive benefits:

  • Receive 23,999 Gems daily: Get a massive daily allowance of Gems to use within the app (valid for 3 days).
  • Unlimited tarot draws: Enjoy unrestricted access to tarot readings without any limits.
  • Freely change card back designs: Customize your experience by choosing your preferred tarot card back designs.

SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

We offer the MeeTar Pro (Monthly Membership). The exact pricing and currency will be displayed in the app before you confirm your purchase, as they may vary by region and local taxes.

  • Monthly Membership: Billed every month.
    Your payment method is charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. For monthly subscriptions, this means a charge around the same day each month. An authorization hold may be placed on your payment method up to 24 hours before the actual renewal date.

PAYMENT & AUTO-RENEWAL

Transactions are processed securely through Google Play.

  • Payment: Payment will be charged to your Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
  • Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen package.
  • Management: Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.

CANCELLATION

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Canceling a subscription will stop future payments, but it will not refund the current billing period. You will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of the current billing cycle.

To cancel on Android (Google Play):

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap your profile icon at the top right.
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
  4. Select MeeTar.
  5. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the instructions.

REFUND POLICY

All billing and refunds are handled directly by Google Play. MeeTar does not process payments or have access to your credit card information. If you believe you were charged in error or would like to request a refund, please refer to Google Play's Refund Policy.

PRIVACY OF SUBSCRIPTION DATA

We take your privacy seriously. regarding subscription data:

  • No Payment Data Stored: MeeTar does not collect, store, or process your credit card numbers or banking information. All financial transactions are handled securely by Google's payment infrastructure.
  • Subscription Status: We only receive a digital receipt (token) from Google Play indicating whether your subscription is active, expired, or canceled. We use this to unlock Premium features in the app.
  • Transaction History: We may retain a record of the transaction ID and date for customer support and accounting purposes, but this is not linked to your personal financial details.
